At Lavish Moms, we are committed to ensuring that every order reaches you safely and on time. Below are the details of our shipping process and timelines.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after the order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Timeline

Once your order is dispatched, you can expect delivery within 7 days across most locations in India. Delivery times may vary slightly for remote areas, during peak seasons, or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or courier delays.

3. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India. If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout or via email after the order is placed.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. We may offer free shipping on selected products or during promotional periods.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and courier details. You can use this information to track your package until it reaches your doorstep.

6. Delivery Address

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and pin code are entered correctly while placing the order. Lavish Moms is not responsible for delays, returns to origin, or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners usually make 2–3 attempts to deliver your order. If the delivery is unsuccessful due to unavailability or refusal, the package may be returned to us, and additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery (or expected delivery) with your order number and any supporting photos. We will work with our courier partner to resolve the issue at the earliest.
