At Lavish Moms, we take pride in delivering safe, high-quality baby toys that bring joy to little ones. Each product is carefully inspected and packaged before being shipped to you. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.
1. No Returns or Refunds on Undamaged Products
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for products that arrive in good condition without any damage. Please make your purchase decision carefully and review product details, dimensions, and age recommendations before placing your order.
2. Damaged Product Eligibility
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or broken, you are eligible for a return or exchange under the following conditions:
- You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
- Clear photos and a short unboxing video showing the damage must be shared with our support team.
- The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging along with all tags, labels, and accessories.
Claims raised after 24 hours, or without proper photo/video proof, will not be accepted.
3. How to Raise a Damage Claim
To request a return or exchange for a damaged product, please email us with the following details:
- Your order number
- Full name and contact number
- Photos and a video clearly showing the damage
- A brief description of the issue

4. Return Process
Once your claim is approved:
- We will share return shipping instructions.
- After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process a replacement or refund as applicable.
- Refunds (if approved) will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. Non-Returnable Situations
The following will not qualify for a return or exchange:
- Products without any damage or defect.
- Damage caused by mishandling, misuse, or normal wear and tear after delivery.
- Items returned without original packaging, tags, or accessories.
- Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery.
- Sale or discounted items, unless they arrive damaged.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
